Swimming Pool at Woodbarton, Devon

The original building complex was skilfully converted into high quality apartments, with this pool being available to the residents. The roof was recovered and re-insulated and therefore Building Regulations required a complete structural design to prove the roof was fit for use.

This required a detailed structural frame analysis, including some strengthening of timber members and connections.
