Private Dwelling, South Hams

This magnificent house was constructed upon a very steep embankment between two parallel roads. The entrance was at the highest level, with four stories descending to the lower level, surrounded by gardens. Predominantly masonry, with concrete floors, the design called for two metre wide cantilevered balconies, designed to be as thin as possible.

The car parking bays were constructed in steel, with a concrete/metal deck.
